Note : Before downloading 'Personal/JointAccount Opening Form', please install folowing fonts : ARAP002 (Nepali Font) and Himali Bold (Nepali Font) in your system.
Process :
1. Download fonts from above link.
2. Copy fonts
3. Click on Start Menu
4. Go to Run
5. Type 'fonts' and press enter (system fonts folder opens)
6. Paste both fonts.
7. Restart pdf reader.
